A Voluntary Public Tender Offer
WEB A dedicated Faurecia subsidiary, to be named in the future Faurecia Participations GmbH, will launch a voluntary public tender offer. This offer will give shareholders of HELLA the opportunity to tender their shares at a price of €60.00 per share.
The Merger Agreement
WEB On August 14, 2021, the lighting and electronics specialist HELLA and the French automotive supplier Faurecia signed an agreement on the merger of the two companies. The merger was approved by the shareholders of both companies and has now become effective.
