Faurecia announces acquisition of Hella GmbH
Creating the seventh largest global automotive supplier
Faurecia announces that it has completed today the acquisition of a controlling interest in Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA ("Hella"). A dedicated Faurecia subsidiary to be named in the future Faurecia Participations GmbH will hold 80% of the capital of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA. Closing of the transaction follows approval by the relevant antitrust and regulatory authorities.

Strong management team to lead the combined Group
The Board of Directors of FORVIA will be chaired by Patrick Koller, former CEO of Faurecia, while Michel Favre will be appointed CEO. The Management Board will comprise eight members, including 4 former members of the HELLA Management Board.
